Yoga
Yoga can be incredibly relaxing and also build good health. It is based on bringing together the mind and body for optimal mental and physical health. Physical yoga as we know it, was originally used as preparation for meditation. Once the body is worked through the mind can begin to relax and let go and focused meditation can commence.
Yoga classes are available through most community centres and DVD’s can also be a great place to start. See Resources tab for free online yoga
There are many types yoga. I prefer a cobination of active yoga to build strength and longer held poses (yin yoga) to work the body’s deeper tissues such as joints. It is in these joints that toxins collect just like dust and dirt in the corners.
Pick a class and try it out. Many people say that yoga changes their lives and heals an amazing variety of ailments.

Hi!
Just popped by today and I must say you have a beautiful site going on. I guess Im a sucker for resources related to well-being too.
Coincidentally a friend of mine has been doing Yin Yoga. It has replaced his buddhist meditation for quite some time now, and he has nothing but great things to say about it, especially how it is keeping him physically fit at a 100kg as well as keeping him mentally relaxed. Perhaps Ill try it out one of these days too…
Well, do take care of yourself and let’s all enjoy the pleasures life has to offer!

Hi Wendy,
Kera gave me the url to your site. It’s great! Are you interested to teach a class out of our studio in the New Year at all? What’s your vision for Relax to Renew? We should chat!
Have a great weekend, Charlene
