meditation so important

meditation can be anywhere and anytime – to get started it is just quiet breathing and being and with the/my body – not allowing distracting thoughts to remain enagaged

if one is mindful in everything – truly mindful – life is a meditation

i do so value relaxing and as long the thoughts are held out for moments then my mind is renewed

i’m going to collect more relaxing meditative music – for now i’ve the audio vibes of a cd from the Living Matrix website (an amazing movie conveying that were are all so connected and the energy is pervasie – the intelligence is everywhere)

so a meditation routine seems to be the way to start back into this journey of connection with self, the energy and the whole

the healing continues
