i’ve not posted to this blog for quite a while and am now renewed to start posting again

just found the lovely and amazing video of healing sounds – bells, tuning forks, and so much more – just cannot name it all

try this video for 3.5 minutes to relax and centre

oh how i love twitter – such gems in small places – have lost the reference for now and will make sure i get in next time
